Emory Healthcare Patient Information

Emory Healthcare's patient and family advocacy team respond to complaints related to medical care and service in accordance with standard procedures and with prompt attention and compassionate service.

Emory Healthcare offers an online patient record request tool for patients requesting their own records or caregivers legally acting on behalf of a patient.

Emory's telehealth service, Connected Care, offers safe, secure and convenient health care, all from the comfort of your home. For some types of appointments, schedule a video visit with your physician and receive quick access to your care team through a computer, tablet or smartphone.
