Organize Your Own Fundraiser or Service Project

Regardless of the size of your fundraising event, you can make a significant impact in support of our research and patient care programs. Examples of events held on behalf of Winship include golf tournaments, gala dinners, yard sales, neighborhood fun runs, pickleball tournaments, live and silent auctions, pancake breakfasts and much more!

We welcome individuals and community organizations interested in sponsoring fundraising events in support of Winship.

To help ensure the success of your event, Winship provides the following procedures for fundraising and promoting your event or project. Prior approval is required for any fundraising events intended to benefit Winship.

  • Identify what type of fundraising event you’d like to host.
  • Review the Winship Event Guidelines and Policies to confirm that your event can be sanctioned as an event to benefit Winship.
  • Complete the Winship Events Application, providing as many details as possible. Pay attention to the date, time, and location of your event or promotion.

Once you have submitted your application, we'll contact you to discuss next steps with your event.
