I did not want to continue to watch the tumor grow as I was already in pain. I am glad that he recommended radiation. I am trying to be proactive and he also told me surgery was still an option if it grows.

Dr. Solares is the most excellent head and neck physician and surgeon. Emory should be extremely thankful they have him on their staff! I do not know what I would have done or would do without him as my doctor. He always puts the patient first and foremost and that's something you do not receive from everyone. We would recommend him to anyone else in the world that needed his help! He is a precious man with a God given talent and we are so grateful for him!!
