Dr Palmer was extremely helpful explaining the results of some testing and the follow up from sinus surgery. She answered additional questions knowledgeably and professionally. Her manner was friendly, warm, welcoming and very comforting.

I absolutely love Alex Palmer and believe you have an excellent provider in her. She is always on time and shows so much compassion for me as a patient and person. She takes the time to answer my questions and if she doesn't know the answer, she tells you she will find the answer and returns a response back in a quick turnaround time. I have been seeing the PA for most of my year of treatment but would have been happy to be seeing Alex the whole time.
